Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, however we strive to have most orders shipped within 2 business days. Orders will ship UPS Ground and will shipping times will be determined by your distance from our location. Most customers receive their product within 4-5 business days.
Only customers who create a profile on the site will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you checked out under the anonymous checkout setting, we will still receive your order, you will simply not receive a confirmation e-mail. If you would like a confirmation e-mail, please contact ammosales@topgunss.com with your name as it was written on the order and we will be happy to confirm your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
Our website requires the billing and shipping address to match. We know this is not always a possibility, so if you need to have this product shipped using a different billing address, please contact us at ammosales@topgunss.com and we will be happy to take care of your shipment.
We do not offer exchanges or returns on ammunition.
Due to increased regulations, we do not ship to California, New York, Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Illinois.
